"OnTime Payroll", “We”, and "Our" refer to PT. Pasifik Hoki Indonesia, which provides this platform/site service.

3.
Passwords and Security
3.1.
You must carefully maintain the confidentiality of your password and not disclose it to any party. You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality, storage, and security of your password and must immediately notify OnTime Payroll if there is any unauthorized use.

If OnTime Payroll has reasonable grounds to believe that there is a possibility of security breaches or misuse of the Site, we may ask you to change your password, or we may suspend your account.

You are responsible for all losses or damages suffered by you due to the loss of your password or the misuse of the Site.

Availability of OnTime Payroll Site
4.1.
OnTime Payroll will offer the best services to you. However, OnTime Payroll cannot guarantee that all services will meet all your needs.

The use of the Application and Services

OnTime Payroll hereby grants you a non-exclusive, limited, and revocable right to access and use the Site solely for personal use and/or for the purpose of managing your company's data.

You have full freedom to choose whether to use the Application or other applications, use the available Services or not, or to stop using the Application and Services at any time.

Disseminating content or materials that violate the law, threaten, harm, are vulgar, obscene, abusive, defamatory, or contain other materials prohibited by law.

Registering profiles or company data on behalf of others.

Accessing unauthorized data or accessing servers or accounts that you are not authorized to access.

Requesting or obtaining passwords or personal identity information from other users.

Attempting to disrupt services for any user, host, or network, including but not limited to:

Sending viruses to the OnTime Payroll Site.
5.3.12.2.
Performing actions such as server overloading, flooding, spamming, or crashing.

Launching botnet attacks on OnTime Payroll servers.
5.4.
Violations of network security may result in civil and/or criminal liability. OnTime Payroll will investigate any potential incidents related to such violations and may involve and/or cooperate with law enforcement authorities in prosecuting users involved in such violations.
6.
Problem resolution and disputes
6.1.
If you experience system disruptions, become aware of or suspect that your Account has been hacked, used, or misused by others, or if your personal device is lost, stolen, hacked, or infected with a virus, please report it to us immediately so that we can take necessary action to prevent any potential use, misuse, or loss.
6.2.
Your Account may be temporarily or permanently suspended for reasons including, but not limited to, the following:
6.2.1.
Your report that your account is being used or suspected of being used or misused by someone else.
6.2.2.
Your report that your personal device is lost, stolen, or hacked.
6.2.3.
We know or have sufficient reason to suspect that your account has been transferred or used by someone else.

We know or have sufficient reason to believe that events have occurred that, in our view, have or may harm us, you, Service Providers, or other parties.

Our system detects unusual actions regarding your Account or non-compliance with the Terms of Use and/or Privacy Notice by you.

We will further examine your Report, and based on our policy, we will determine whether to terminate or continue the freeze on your Account.

7.
Other matters to consider
